Drawing up and deciding on a menu is such a tough task. As a chef, it is my duty to create our menus for the day. To be completely honest, it is one of the difficulties that I face on a daily basis. I am not a well experienced chef, so I have to rely on my superiors teachings. I do hope that in time, I can evolve and make decisions on my own, that is the chef that I want to be.
